Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Calls:

- Outbound Calls:

- Manage and track call lists to ensure timely and efficient follow-up.
- Communication Skills:
- Utilize effective voice modulation and a pleasing tone to create a positive experience for customers.
- Demonstrate strong active listening skills and articulate responses clearly.
- Adapt communication style to match the needs and preferences of diverse clients.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
- Report on common issues and customer feedback to help improve services and processes.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest wellness and health products, services, and industry trends.
- Continuously update knowledge base to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Team Collaboration:

Qualifications
- Education: High School / Diploma or equivalent; higher education
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role,
- Skills:

- Proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.

- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
