Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including a pleasing voice and good spoken English, and be adept at handling both inbound and outbound calls. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standard of customer service and ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Calls:
    • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and health-related inquiries.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
    • Offer guidance and support for clients seeking health and wellness solutions.
  • Outbound Calls:
    • Conduct follow-up calls to clients for feedback, service updates, or to offer additional services.
    • Engage in proactive outreach to inform clients about new products, promotions, and wellness programs.
    • Manage and track call lists to ensure timely and efficient follow-up.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Utilize effective voice modulation and a pleasing tone to create a positive experience for customers.
    • Demonstrate strong active listening skills and articulate responses clearly.
    • Adapt communication style to match the needs and preferences of diverse clients.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting:
    • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
    • Report on common issues and customer feedback to help improve services and processes.
  • Product and Service Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about the latest wellness and health products, services, and industry trends.
    • Continuously update knowledge base to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School / Diploma or equivalent; higher education
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role,
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasing and professional voice.
    • Proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical: Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
