Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Jaipur, specifically in the Vaishali Nagar (2nd Floor) location. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Job
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is an advantage.
