Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their inquiries, complaints, and product/service support needs. Your proactive and customer-oriented approach will be key in providing effective resolutions through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries through phone, email, live chat, or social media to offer timely assistance. - Deliver accurate information about products/services to meet customer needs. - Troubleshoot issues faced by customers and guide them through appropriate solutions. - Escalate unresolved problems to the relevant teams for swift resolution. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken for future reference. - Conduct follow-ups with customers to guarantee full issue resolution. - Achieve or surpass service targets such as response time and satisfaction scores. - Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical, and operations to enhance the overall customer experience. - Identify patterns in customer feedback and recommend process enhancements to better serve customers.
