Role and Responsibilities: Develop and manage the company's retailer network in Greater Noida/Noida. Utilize persuasive arguments to sell products in the raw food category to prospective retail outlets. Need to manage teams of 2-3 and also support them in developing business. Visit a minimum of minimum 40 retail counters per day. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using the company's Sales Management App. Consistently generate business for the company. Think strategically to improve rural agro-based business for Bottom of Pyramid (BOP) women. Promote natural, poison-free food produced by village entrepreneurs at various forums including societies, colleges, and companies. Desired Candidate Profile: Previous experience in FMCG/Food sales at the Sales Executive level is mandatory, specifically in food/confectionery/snacks sales. Result-oriented with a proven ability to generate business. Interest in agro, natural/organic farming/food, and village development. Self-confident, ambitious, and reliant individual with a "nothing is impossible" attitude. Ability to accept challenges and demonstrate performance. Advocate for profitability for farmers/villagers, especially SHG women. Enterprising mindset with a willingness to engage in 80% fieldwork and travel.
