Customer Service Executive

Role Overview: As a Customer Service representative at our company located in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will be responsible for providing complete information about the product to the customers, solving all product or service related issues, preparing Customer Service Guidelines, maintaining customer records, pitching the product effectively, updating customer information regularly, providing the best possible solutions to customer queries, and creating reports based on customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Provide complete information about the product to the customers. - Solve all product or service related issues of the customers. - Prepare Customer Service Guidelines. - Maintain a record of the customers. - Give the right pitch to potential customers to encourage product purchase or service availing. - Update customer information regularly. - Provide the best possible solutions to customer queries. - Create products and services reports by analyzing customer-provided information. Qualifications Required: - Freshers or individuals with experience are welcome to apply. - Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English languages. - Possess basic computer skills.
