Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Support Associate in the blended process of voice and chat, your role will involve handling customers and solving queries effectively. You will be required to log in for 9 hours of work with a 1-hour break, following a rotational shift schedule. The job entails working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off. The salary ranges from 12k to 15.5k in hand with no deductions. The educational requirement for this role is a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) qualification, and proficiency in English is essential.
