About the Role:

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Achieve set performance targets including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and call handling efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations, etc.) to improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
