Customer Service Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for our retail outlet in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, ensure smooth store operations, and coordinate with schools for specific uniform and clothing requirements. Responsibilities: 👋 Greet and assist customers visiting the store in a courteous and friendly manner 🛍️ Provide product information and help customers make purchase decisions 🧾 Manage billing and ensure accurate invoicing and after-sales support 🧹 Assist in store maintenance, visual merchandising, and stock organization 📞 Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues on time 🏫 Coordinate with school representatives for uniform-related orders and updates 📦 Support in packaging, dispatch, and other logistics during peak seasons Key Skills: 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🖥️ Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity 🤝 Team player, proactive, and dependable 🧠 Ability to multitask in front-end and back-end store functions 🎓 Experience in school-related customer service is a plus
