Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for our retail outlet in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, ensure smooth store operations, and coordinate with schools for specific uniform and clothing requirements. Position: Store Manager – Retail Outlet No. of Openings: 1 Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in retail operations and store management Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill set) Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning • Manage inventory levels, billing systems, and visual merchandising standards • Lead, train, and supervise the customer service team to maintain performance and service quality • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service • Address and resolve walk-in customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively • Maintain store hygiene, layout organization, and stock accuracy Key Skills & Requirements: • Proven leadership and team management skills in a retail environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff • Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory/stock management software may be an added advantage • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach • Highly organized, punctual, and results-driven • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory for local commute and coordination
