Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to strengthen client relationships, ensure timely delivery of uniforms, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

· Act as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding deliveries and issue resolution.

· Coordinate with Production and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

· Conduct regular client visits within Coimbatore.

· Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell offerings.

· Maintain accurate client interaction records.

Key Skills & Requirements

· Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

· Strong relationship-building and servicing mindset.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

· Willingness to travel (two-wheeler with valid license mandatory).

· Experience: 1–3 years in client relationship management, customer success, or account management (preferably B2B/service sector).
