Customer Service Executive

Position: Customer Service Executive (CSE) Experience Required: 1–3 Years Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad Industry: FMCG / Mithai & Confectionery Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online customers. The role involves managing customer orders from placement to delivery, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless experience that fosters satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers; respond to phone and online inquiries promptly. Understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate products, gift packs, or festive promotions. Process retail, bulk, and corporate orders accurately through POS/CRM systems. Provide delivery updates—dispatch confirmation, courier tracking, and delivery timelines. Coordinate closely with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfilment. Maintain and update the customer database; follow up for feedback and repeat orders. Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism. Ensure the store’s display, cleanliness, and stock levels align with brand standards. Support corporate gifting programs, bulk orders, and festive campaigns. Coordinate payment tracking and confirmation with the accounts team. Prepare and maintain daily order and delivery tracking reports for management review. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication in basic English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati. Strong customer service attitude with a pleasing and approachable personality. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with courier tracking tools. Strong coordination skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced festive-season environment. Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing preferred). Work Schedule: 6-day work week; extended hours may be required during festive seasons.
