The role involves handling 60–80 calls daily (inbound & outbound), resolving customer queries, converting leads into sales opportunities, ensuring customer retention, maintaining accurate CRM records, and coordinating with sales and banking teams. Associates are expected to meet call quality standards, achieve ≥85% First Call Resolution, maintain efficient handling time, and contribute to process improvements. Skills Required: Strong communication, customer handling, lead conversion, time management, CRM knowledge, problem-solving attitude, minimum 1 year of call center/customer support experience, and graduation in any stream.
