We are hiring for International Non Voice Process in Hyderabad location !

Profile : International Non Voice Customer Service Executive

Salary : Upto 3 LPA (Depending upon last drawn , communication skills)

5 days working.

Eligibility : Any graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in International process.

Rotational shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via
email, live chat, and support tickets
in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, or technical support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and international service standards
Follow defined SLAs, quality benchmarks, and productivity targets
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide clear, concise, and grammatically correct written responses
Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and client requirements
