Job Summary:

Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (domestic or international).
• Resolve customer issues and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Perform quality assurance and feedback surveys with customers.
• Accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions.
• Maintain performance targets such as quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

For Bangalore (Kudlu Gate & Shivajinagar):

• Education:

  Graduates only.

• Experience:

  Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

• Languages:

  Fluent in

  Hindi and English

  (mandatory).

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication required.

• Work Mode:

  Work From Office.

For Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park):

• Education:

  Undergraduates / Graduates.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  6 months

  of experience in customer service.

• Process:

  Blended / Chat process.

• Communication:

  Brilliant presentation and strong verbal/written skills.

• Work Mode:

  Work From Office (Immediate Joiners only).

For Hyderabad (International Voice Process):

• Education:

  Undergraduates / Graduates.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1 year

  of experience in

  International Voice Process

  (mandatory).

• Communication:

  Excellent English speaking skills.

• Shifts:

  Rotational, including night shifts.

• Work Mode:

  Work From Office.

Salary Structure:

• Freshers:

  Up to 20,000 CTC per month (Bangalore)

• Experienced:

  Up to 30,000 CTC per month (Bangalore)

• Hyderabad (International Voice):

  Up to 4.5 LPA
