Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Resolve complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Job
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
