Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Kalina Santacruz. The Customer Service Executive will handle daily tasks including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer relationships. The role requires coordination with other team members to provide excellent customer support and service management.
