Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Kottayam. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses, managing customer service operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer issues, providing product and service information, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Experience in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring customer-centric solutions
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
Skills in Customer Service Management and maintaining service quality standards
Excellent communication skills in English and any other regional language
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations
Previous experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
