Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Cooperating, coordinating, and communicating with other departments to ensure a good customer experience. This includes taking customer feedback after every service request or complaint and sharing the feedback points with the team for service improvement. - Maintaining a hospitality outlook and ensuring a presentable appearance at all times. - Taking ownership of requests or complaints and ensuring they are handled effectively within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). - Conducting daily rounds of the premises, reporting any lapses or observations to the relevant team. - Conducting timely Customer Feedback Surveys and sharing the reports with the client or management. - Responding to emergency situations as per company policies and contacting the appropriate authorities when necessary. - Being familiar with lost and found procedures. - Nominating and attending training programs at site or JLL office. - Addressing concerns by regularly checking emails for priority requests. - Receiving calls and emails from clients. - Ensuring closure of complaints through proper communication with stakeholders. - Assisting in activities such as filing, checking and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, dashboard, etc. - Updating the handover/takeover register before the end of the shift for all completed or pending tasks. - Managing and participating in events, overseeing general maintenance, and handling guests.
