Job Description

Role Overview:

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for supporting sales and customer engagement for ILSCV (Intermediate & Light Commercial Vehicle) Motor Finance products. The role involves handling customer queries, promoting financial products, ensuring smooth loan processing, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their motor finance requirements (ILSCV segment).
Promote and explain motor finance products, loan terms, and eligibility criteria.
Guide customers through the loan application process and documentation.
Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documents (KYC, financials, vehicle papers, etc.).
Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and channel partners to generate leads.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets in the ILSCV finance segment.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Track and monitor loan portfolio performance, collections, and renewals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
