Profile - Customer Service Executive

Process - Voice Inbound

Any Graduate & UG with Good English communication skills are eligible to apply.

Requirements:

Qualification: Undergraduates or Graduates (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
Basic computer proficiency .
Age: 18-28 years preferred; ability to work in rotational shifts.
Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn in the travel sector.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with travel-related queries via phone/email/chat for domestic airline services.
Provide accurate information on bookings, cancellations, and flight updates.
Ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.

Salary & Benefits:

Take Home Salary:

16,500 per month.
Process Incentives:

Up to 4,000 based on performance.
