Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Executive

(Telecalling ICICI Bank Credit Card Premium Lead Generation)

Work Deatils:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for ICICI Bank credit card lead generation.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and service quality.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational requirement: HSC Pass or above.
Experience in BPO calling or any sales-related role preferred.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to speak any of the following languages is preferred: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu.

Salary:

Gross Salary: Up to 23,000
In-hand Salary: Up to 21,000

Work Schedule:

Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Fixed
