Dear Aspirants,

Job : Customer Service Executive Hindi & English Voice Process

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support existing
Verify customer details and update information accurately in the system.
Resolve customer queries related to policy details, coverage, and status.
Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain service quality standards and adhere to call center protocols.
Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented for audit and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Language Proficiency:
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English (Mandatory)
.
Education:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
Experience:
0 3 years in
Customer Support / BPO / Insurance Process
.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with
CRM tools / MS Office
.
Soft Skills:
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Availability:
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
.
Candidates with prior experience in
Voice Process / Insurance / Customer Handling
will be given preference.
