Role & responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer queries through written communication, ensuring clarity and empathy.
  • Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and ensure timely follow-ups on pending cases.
  • Maintain a customer-first tone, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (written support preferred).
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and respond with patience and professionalism.
  • Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with customer management tools is an added advantage.
