Job Description

Chat Support team for US clients

Responsibilities:

Engage with US-based customers through live chat and email with a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach.
Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring responses are grammatically correct, concise, and empathetic.
Resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when needed.
Consistently uphold the highest standards of communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Fluent in English (both written & verbal) with impeccable grammar and vocabulary.
Excellent typing speed and ability to frame responses with clarity and empathy.
Prior experience in international chat/email/voice support preferred but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in
night shifts (US time zone)
.
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate with exceptional communication skills.
