Customer Service Executive - Chat Support (US Clients) kolkata 0 - 3 years INR 1.75 - 2.5 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Chat Support team for US clients . This role requires individuals with excellent English communication skillsboth written and verbal who can confidently interact with international customers and deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities: Engage with US-based customers through live chat and email with a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach. Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring responses are grammatically correct, concise, and empathetic. Resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when needed. Consistently uphold the highest standards of communication and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Fluent in English (both written & verbal) with impeccable grammar and vocabulary. Excellent typing speed and ability to frame responses with clarity and empathy. Prior experience in international chat/email/voice support preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
