We are looking A Customer Service Advisor for Customer Service Department based in Mumbai, who will be an integral part of the Customer Service Department Team and reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Service Department.
You would be part of core Customer Service Department and would be primarily involved in providing customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/ Portal Booking.
Your main responsibilities would comprise of:
Provide customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/Portal Booking
Provide Customers with regular updates and service information
. Coordinate updating of Customer database.
Proactive identification of priority issues to curb escalation.
Ensure coordination between all departments regarding Customer touch points(interface).
Responsible to capture Customer feedback at various stages.
Keep an overview of complaints and drive for amicable resolution.
Graduate in any stream
• Minimum work experience of 2 years in Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills (Read/Write/Speak) English.
• Excellent communication skills (Speak/Read) Hindi.
• Any one from Call Center & Automotive Industry background would be an added advantage.
• Any other languages known will be an added advantage
