We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting website visitors and WhatsApp inquiries, helping them with product selection, and guiding them through the ordering process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to provide a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to customers browsing the website to offer assistance in placing orders.
Respond to inquiries from customers who contact us via WhatsApp from the website.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Provide guidance on pricing, availability, and order processes.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce support is a plus.
Strong written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and online chat tools.
