Job Opening: Customer Service Executive US Healthcare Process

About the Role:

Customer Service Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound & outbound calls
for US healthcare clients
Deliver
professional, courteous, and accurate
customer service
Maintain call documentation & follow standard operating procedures
Consistently meet
quality, accuracy & satisfaction
targets
Showcase strong
listening, empathy & communication
skills
Work in a
rotational night shift
environment

Communication Skills Required:

Clear, confident voice with a
neutral accent
Excellent English fluency
with strong grammar & sentence structure

Eligibility Criteria:

12th pass and above
can apply Graduation not mandatory
Not eligible: B.Tech, IT, and MBA graduates
Freshers are welcome
Preference for candidates with
6+ months experience
in customer service
Prior
BPO or call center
experience is a plus
