Customer Service Associate

Job Purpose:

We're seeking two call center representatives to join our team on a temporary basis to obtain data sharing consent from policyholders for registration on a post discharge program. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to policyholders, explaining the program benefits, and obtaining their consent to share data. The callers are required to be based out of Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to policyholders to explain the cardiac wellness program and its benefits.

• Obtain data sharing consent from policyholders and register them on the program.

• Address policyholder queries and concerns regarding the program.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and consent obtained.

• Meet daily call targets and productivity standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of health and wellness programs (desirable).

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.

• Ability to work on a computer and enter data accurately.

PS: This is a temporary position for [pilot phase - 3 to 6 Months]. The selected candidates will be hired through a third-party agency.

Our team of technology and healthcare professionals is young, dynamic and diverse. Our Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Doctors, Health Coaches, Operations Leads, Designers and Customer Care experts are from Consumer Internet, Pharma and Healthcare, SaaS and Medical Devices backgrounds.
