We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Assist in training new team members as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
