Job Description

Job Title: Chat Support Executive / Customer Support (Chat Process)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to assist customers through real-time online messaging. The role involves resolving queries, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through professional and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle
incoming customer chats
and respond promptly with accurate information.
Assist customers with
product inquiries, order status, payments, refunds, and account-related issues
.
Provide
step-by-step troubleshooting
for customer concerns.
Maintain a
polite, professional, and empathetic tone
in all interactions.
Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when required.
Follow company guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
Multi-task between chat windows while maintaining high accuracy.
Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent
written communication skills
.
Fast and accurate
typing speed (30+ WPM preferred)
.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Previous experience in
BPO/Chat Support
is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in
customer support
, chat process, or email support.
Ability to work in shifts (if required).
Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms.
