Description We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Maintain customer records and update account information. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Assist in training new team members as required. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
