Job Title: Customer Service Associate – US Shift (Telecom Process)
Department: Customer Support
Job Type : Work From Office

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling customer support for US-based Telecom process through voice calls during US business hours/shifts
• Resolve customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: HSC or Graduation (Freshers are welcome).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Cluster 2 communicator).
• Shift: Willingness to work US night shifts.
• Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs.
