Key Responsibilities

Interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, order tracking, and general support
Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Processing returns and exchanges, handling refunds, and managing customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communication
Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase sales and customer loyalty
