As an Amazon authorized seller service fulfillment center, we provide comprehensive solutions to Amazon sellers, including warehousing, seller onboarding, merchant fulfillment, cataloging, seller account management, and seller account reinstatement. Our facilities are designed to improve the convenience and efficiency of storing and managing goods for sellers. With two centers in Tamil Nadu, we strive to deliver seamless services to meet the diverse needs of Amazon sellers.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Mumbai location. This is an on-site role where the primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries through various channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The associate will also work closely with the seller community to enhance satisfaction and streamline communication processes.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
Ability to address customer needs with empathy and promptness
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service tools or systems
Prior experience in e-commerce or fulfillment services is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service is a plus
