Company Description This is an Amazon authorized seller service fulfillment center with two facilities located in Tamil Nadu. Our centers are designed to enhance the convenience for Amazon sellers by providing warehousing, seller onboarding, merchant fulfillment, cataloguing, seller account management, and seller account reinstatement services. We are dedicated to helping sellers efficiently manage inventory and optimize their business operations on Amazon. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on HR at Amazon Fulfillment Centre and Service Provider. The position is based in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing needs. Daily tasks include developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and collaborating with HR Management to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skillsExperience with HR Policies and Employee BenefitsPersonnel Management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in the fulfillment or warehousing industry is a plus
