Company Description

This is an Amazon authorized seller service fulfillment center with two facilities in Tamil Nadu. We aim to improve convenience for Amazon sellers by offering warehousing, seller onboarding, merchant fulfillment, cataloging, seller account management, and seller account reinstatement services. Our mission is to streamline and enhance operations for sellers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Offroll HR, located in Ahmedabad. The Offroll HR will be responsible for managing human resources activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The role requires daily interaction with employees, addressing HR-related issues, and maintaining compliance with company and legal HR standards.

Qualifications

graduation
Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Skills in Personnel Management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the fulfillment or warehousing industry is a plus
Salary
up to 5 lac/annum
