Role Overview: Clean Harbors Inc. is a leading environmental, energy, and industrial services provider with a dedicated workforce of 18,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. As part of the Global Capability Center in Pune, Baner, you will be joining a dynamic team that supports Clean Harbors" global operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer success by handling inquiries, upselling services, and maintaining a sales pipeline, all while adhering to high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries with a focus on achieving First Call Resolution. - Identify opportunities to upsell new services or cross-sell additional products to existing customers based on their needs. - Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on pending opportunities, and perform daily sales activities as assigned by the sales manager. - Ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices while handling customer calls, applying active listening skills to prevent escalations. - Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a neutral English communication proficiency and a customer-centric approach to providing tailored solutions. - Exhibit a strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and drive positive change in a fast-paced environment. - Meet sales targets and operational standards, handle objections effectively during sales pitches, and embody the core values of the organization. - Prior knowledge of waste management and environmental science is a plus, although not mandatory. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in B2B & B2C Inbound Sales. - Proficiency in English communication skills with a neutral accent. - Strong relationship building skills and customer orientation. - Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to change. - Team player with a growth mindset and high change agility. - Disciplined in business management and adaptable to a culture of accountability.,
