This is a great opportunity for freshers and entry-level professionals to grow in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities:🔁 Policy Renewal Management:Track and follow up on upcoming health insurance renewals. Contact customers before expiry to explain renewal options. Share quotes and complete policy renewal procedures. 💬 Customer Retention & Relationship Management:Proactively engage customers to retain and renew policies. Address objections and resolve issues to avoid cancellations. Provide personalized solutions and applicable discounts. 📞 Customer Service & Support:Respond to policy-related queries (terms, coverage, pricing). Educate customers on their benefits and entitlements. Handle complaints or escalations related to renewals. 📈 Cross-Selling & Upselling:Identify opportunities to offer additional health insurance plans. Promote value-added services and policy enhancements. 🗂️ Data Management & Reporting:Keep accurate customer and policy records. Report on renewal success rates and customer feedback. ✅ Compliance & Documentation:Ensure adherence to regulatory (IRDA) and internal guidelines.
