Job Title: Renewal and Retention Executive – Health Insurance📍 Location: Nandanam, Chennai 📅 Experience: 0–3 Years 🧑‍💼 Openings: 10 Qualiication: 10/12/Any Graduate Walkin Date: 23rd & 24th Oct 2025 Timing: 2-5PM 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM 💼 Department: Customer Service / Insurance Operations Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic Renewal and Retention Executives to manage the renewal process of health insurance policies, engage with customers, and drive policy renewals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for freshers and entry-level professionals to grow in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities:🔁 Policy Renewal Management:Track and follow up on upcoming health insurance renewals. Contact customers before expiry to explain renewal options. Share quotes and complete policy renewal procedures. 💬 Customer Retention & Relationship Management:Proactively engage customers to retain and renew policies. Address objections and resolve issues to avoid cancellations. Provide personalized solutions and applicable discounts. 📞 Customer Service & Support:Respond to policy-related queries (terms, coverage, pricing). Educate customers on their benefits and entitlements. Handle complaints or escalations related to renewals. 📈 Cross-Selling & Upselling:Identify opportunities to offer additional health insurance plans. Promote value-added services and policy enhancements. 🗂️ Data Management & Reporting:Keep accurate customer and policy records. Report on renewal success rates and customer feedback. ✅ Compliance & Documentation:Ensure adherence to regulatory (IRDA) and internal guidelines. Complete documentation for renewals and policy updates.
