Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Specialist, located in Noida. The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves analyzing customer feedback and working closely with various departments to improve customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills to assess and improve customer interactions
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Proficiency in working with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
