Job Description

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.  Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve issues.  Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data to identify trends, predict needs, and generate reports for strategic planning.  Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.  System Administration (CRM Specialist): Manage the CRM software, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user access control.  User Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support to other users of the CRM system.  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and improve the overall customer experience.  Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitive activities to inform customer strategies.
