Job Description

Relationship building

Understands customers' needs and wants
Communicates with customers to identify their needs
Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with key customers
Resolves customer complaints and inquiries
Business development Seeks out new business opportunities, Cross-sells to expand the customer base, Participates in product development, and Negotiates contracts and agreements with customers.
Customer service Provides excellent customer service, Ensures customers are satisfied throughout and after the sales process, Addresses any issues or concerns promptly, and Provides solutions.
Sales and support Collaborates with sales and support teams, Evaluates the performance of the sales team, Oversees sales activities, and Tracks customer account details and transaction history.
Other responsibilities Documents customer interactions and feedback, Assists in the creation and distribution of customer communications, Researches industry trends, Gives presentations to new customers, and Performs business reviews.
