Customer Relationship Manager

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to walk-in customers, managing gold purchase transactions, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility and growth of the branch’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Gold Handling:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Evaluate and purchase old gold from customers, ensuring accurate purity assessment and transparent transactions.

Marketing & Promotional Activities:

• Execute branch-level marketing initiatives, including creative strategies such as umbrella marketing.
• Participate in occasional travel for marketing events and promotional campaigns to increase brand reach.

Product Knowledge & Sales:

• Promote and sell a diverse range of gold and silver products, including:
• Gold: Coins, jewelry, biscuits
• Silver: Coins, jewelry, biscuits
• Support digital wallet and corporate gifting solutions to enhance customer engagement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
• Stay proactive in learning new processes, products, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil for effective and personalized customer communication.
• Personality: Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for marketing and promotional assignments as required.
• Learning Mindset: Open to continuous learning and professional development.
