Job Title : Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Location : Chennai Position Type: Full-Time Preferred: Male Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM processes, customer retention, and relationship management. Experience in sales and marketing is also beneficial. The CRM will manage client relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and support the project lifecycle from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients (contractors, developers, architects), address concerns, and ensure a positive experience. Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and implement retention strategies for long-term relationships. Sales & Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in identifying and converting leads into clients. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project success and keep clients informed. CRM System Management: Maintain CRM, track client interactions, and generate reports. Marketing Support: Assist in creating promotional materials and attend industry events to strengthen brand presence. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceed service standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Construction management background is a plus. Experience: 2-3 years in CRM or related role, preferably in construction or real estate. Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, customer satisfaction strategies, and strong communication skills.
