Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee and strengthen client relations throughout the customer journey — from inquiry to possession. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate sales or client servicing, with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. This role is critical in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and brand trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for homebuyers and investors from booking to possession.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal departments such as sales, documentation, accounts, legal, and site teams for smooth customer experience.
• Manage and resolve client queries, issues, and grievances promptly and effectively.
• Guide clients through documentation, payment schedules, loan processing (if applicable), and registration formalities.
• Oversee post-sale activities like allotment letters, agreement signing, possession handover, and customer feedback collection.
• Maintain and update client data in CRM systems and prepare reports for senior management.
• Organize customer engagement events, site visits, and feedback surveys to enhance brand loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
