Job Description

A Real Estate Runner supports the sales or operations team by performing field tasks such as document delivery, site visits, client pickups, property showings assistance, and coordinating with vendors or government offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and deliver property documents, agreements, and keys.
Assist during property site visits (opening/closing homes, prepping for showings).
Coordinate with utility companies, RERA office, or registration departments for paperwork.
Deliver marketing materials like brochures, standees, or event kits.
Pick up and drop off clients or team members as needed.
Support event setups at property sites or sales offices.
Ensure properties are presentable (lights on, air fresheners, etc.).
Maintain log of errands and reports to office manager or sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
