About Us:

We are a fast-growing stock market training institute dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in financial markets. Our courses cover everything from basic stock trading to advanced algorithmic trading and investment strategies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, ensure high student satisfaction, and support sales and retention activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and education, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Support:
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
  • Onboard new students and guide them through the registration, payment, and class joining process.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing clients.
  • Lead Management:
  • Use CRM software to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and update communication logs.
  • Nurture prospective clients and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, alumni, and partners.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all student concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collect and act on student feedback to improve service quality.
  • Sales & Revenue Support:
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to run campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Achieve monthly targets for enrollments and client satisfaction.
  • Upsell advanced courses or services to existing students.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data, feedback, payment status, and engagement history.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on CRM activities and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preference for Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing).
  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales—preferably in the education or finance sector.
  • Familiarity with stock market concepts or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Understanding of stock market trading, mutual funds ( preferred not necessary).
  • Passion for education and helping students grow.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,082.94 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

  • Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
