Sales and Relationship Manager

FunDa is a dynamic and rapidly growing online fitness brand dedicated to helping women achieve guaranteed health results through flexible live sessions, proprietary workouts, and expert-led guidance. We focus on building a supportive community and delivering life-changing transformations.

The Role: Sales and Relationship Manager

We are looking for an energetic and empathetic Sales and Relationship Manager to be the welcoming face of FunDa. Your primary goal is to engage potential clients (leads) with warmth and expertise, clearly articulate the value of our programs, and guide them through the enrolment process. You will be instrumental in turning inquiries into long-term FunDa family members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Enrolment (Conversion)

  • Consultative Selling: Proactively follow up with warm leads (inbound inquiries) through calls, WhatsApp, and email, acting as a trusted consultant rather than a hard salesperson.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough conversations to understand the prospective client’s health challenges (e.g., weight loss, pain, low energy) and clearly match their needs with the right FunDa program.
  • Enrollment: Drive enrollment by clearly explaining pricing, offer details, and the unique value proposition of our courses (e.g., flexible timings, guaranteed results, prop-based workouts).
  • Lead Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM/reporting system.

2. Relationship and Client Onboarding

  • First Impression: Ensure every potential client has a positive and encouraging first experience with the FunDa brand.
  • Objection Handling: Address concerns and answer questions about the program, fitness myths, or personal challenges with empathy and factual knowledge.
  • Smooth Transition: Facilitate a seamless transition from prospect to paying member, ensuring they are properly introduced to the community and prepared for their first session.

3. Performance and Reporting

  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for outreach, lead qualification, and enrollments.
  • Provide regular, concise reports on sales pipeline status and conversion rates to the management team.

What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi (Hinglish), with the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
  • Empathy: A genuine passion for health and fitness and the ability to listen and respond to clients' emotional needs and struggles.
  • Drive: Highly organized, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving sales goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (or ability to quickly learn), Zoom, and digital communication tools.
