The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from international customers, resolving queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
  
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
  
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone throughout interactions.
  
• Meet performance targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
  
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  
• Comfortable working in rotational offs.
  
• Prior experience in International Voice / Customer Support process preferred.
  
• Fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed required.
