As a Customer Relationship Manager at Oasis Studio, your role involves ensuring seamless coordination between the execution team and customer care department. You will assist the execution manager throughout the project lifecycle and supervise the post-installation customer care team to uphold our commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the execution manager to facilitate smooth project execution - Coordinate with the execution team to schedule installations - Manage the post-installation customer care team to address customer concerns - Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction - Build and nurture strong customer relationships - Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Provide regular reports to senior management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer service, project management, or a similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Organizational abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in relevant software tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at our location.
